W Financial Provides $6 Million Bridge Loan on Two-Story Commercial Building in Flatiron Neighborhood of Manhattan

NEW YORK, NY -- W Financial has provided a $6,050,000 bridge loan used to acquire of a two-story, commercial building located on West 14th Street (between Fifth Avenue and the Avenue of the Americas), in the Flatiron neighborhood of Manhattan.

The site has approximately 15,500 square feet of development potential and allows for both commercial and residential uses. 

The existing tenant, who was also the seller, has approximately two years rent-free remaining on his lease and then the property will either be developed or sold once the tenant vacates and the development potential can be unlocked.

We will also consider providing re-hab and construction loans for experienced developers, as well as mezzanine financing on well-located, cash-flowing properties. We will consider providing joint venture equity on cash-flowing properties on a case-by-case basis.
