Crescent Resources negotiates lease for 7,171 SF of Class A office space in Lake Mary, FL

LAKE MARY, FL. – Crescent Resources, LLC has negotiated a long-term lease for 7,171 square feet of Class A office space at 300 Primera Blvd. in the Primera Four building at The Crescent at Primera in Lake Mary, FL.

Ida I. Wozniak, (top right photo) CCIM, vice president of commercial leasing for Crescent Resources LLC in Florida, negotiated the lease agreement with the tenant, Tel Affects, representing the landlord Sun Life Assurance of Canada, based in Wellesley Hills, Mass.

Crescent Resources named exclusive Leasing and Management Representative for retail centers in Maitland and Orange City, FL

ORLANDO, FL– Crescent Resources, LLC has been named exclusive leasing and management representatives for retail centers in Maitland and Orange City that total approximately 129,600 square feet of space.

Dianne Crouse, property manager for Crescent Resources, LLC will oversee management and Ida I. Wozniak, (top right photo) CCIM, vice president of commercial leasing in Florida for Crescent Resources, LLC, will oversee the leasing. Sun Life Assurance of Canada, based in Wellesley Hills, Mass., owns both retail centers.

The Shoppes at Maitland, with 23,516 square feet of retail space is located on U.S. 17-92 and E. Ventris Ave. in Maitland.

Crowne Centre Plaza, (bottom left photo) with 106,063 square feet, anchored by a Publix Supermarket and a Beall’s department store, is located on Enterprise Rd. and Saxon Blvd. in Orange City.

Crescent Resources Secures 65,000-SF Lease at Newly Completed Corporate Center Four at International Plaza, Tampa, FL

TAMPA, FL -- Crescent Resources has negotiated a new long-term lease agreement for 65,000 square feet of Class A office space in Corporate Center Four (top right photo) at International Plaza.

The 247,000 square foot Crescent development at 4301 W. Boy Scout Blvd. is the first LEED® Certified high-rise in Tampa’s Westshore business district.

Sharon Bragg, Leasing Associate, and Lud Hodges, (bottom left photo) Vice President of Commercial Development for Crescent Resources LLC, negotiated the agreement on behalf of the owner. Paula Buffa (bottom right photo) of GVA Advantis represented the Tampa-based tenant who plans to move into its new offices in 2009.

This lease represents the second signed tenant for the building. Crescent Resources completed construction of the eight-story project in November and the building is currently 40 percent leased.

Crescent Resources Negotiates Lease of 11,577 SF at Primera in Lake Mary, FL

LAKE MARY, FL – Crescent Resources, which is developing Primera at I-4 and Lake Mary Blvd., (bottom left aerial) has negotiated a new lease agreement for 11,577 square feet of class A office at 1000 Primera Blvd.

Ida I. Wozniak, (top right photo) CCIM vice president of leasing for Crescent Resources, LLC in Florida, negotiated the lease agreement on behalf of the landlord and owner of the building, Lake Mary-based CFE Federal Credit Union.

The new tenant is Avatar International, a firm currently based in Sanford providing quality improvement services to the healthcare industry. Bill Miller of ReMAX Central Realty represented Avatar in the transaction.

Crescent Resources Negotiates Lease for 29,550SF of Office Space at Primera in Lake Mary, FL

LAKE MARY, FL – Crescent Resources has negotiated a lease transaction for 29,550 square feet of office space at 255 Primera Blvd., in Primera Five, (photo at right) located off I-4 and Lake Mary Blvd. in Lake Mary.

Ida W. Rood,(top left photo) CCIM vice president of leasing for Crescent Resources in Florida, negotiated the lease agreement representing the landlord ACPDLF, LLC., based in Boca Raton.

Broker Jim Garvey of CLW Real Estate Services Group, participated in the transaction representing the tenant, Paychex Time and Attendance, Inc. of Rochester, NY, a division of Paychex, Inc., who previously occupied 17,100 square feet in the building.

Crescent Resources Negotiates New Lease Agreement for 6,800 SF of Office Space in Lake Mary



LAKE MARY, FL-– Crescent Resources, which is developing Primera at I-4 and Lake Mary Blvd., has negotiated a new lease agreement for 6,857 square feet of Class A office space at 1000 Primera Blvd. in Lake Mary.

Ida W. Rood, (photo top right) CCIM, senior vice president of leasing for Crescent Resources, LLC in Florida, negotiated the lease agreement on behalf of the landlord, CFE Federal Credit Union. The new tenant, H2 Diesel, a manufacturer of alternative energy sources for power generation, plans to relocate its corporate headquarters from Houston. Jim Snodgrass of Southern Exposure Realty participated in the transaction representing H2 Diesel.

Rood also negotiated a lease renewal for 6,846 square feet of office space in the Primera Five building (photo at left) representing the landlord America’s Capital Partners/Utah II, LLC, based in Boca Raton. Cliff Stein of Tower Realty represented the tenant, United Systems Software, Inc. in the transaction.
