NAI Realvest Announces Major Entertainment Lease at Kissimmee, FL Lifestyle Center Targeting Tourism Customers

 ORLANDO, FL  – NAI Realvest recently announced closing on a multi-year lease for 24,010 square feet of retail space at 3201 Rolling Oaks Blvd. Suite J 130  in The Shoppes at Rolling Oaks in Kissimmee . 

 Jacqueline Pace, associate at NAI Realvest represented the tenant A & E Adventures d/b/a Game Time, a Davie, Fla.-based entertainment center for adults and children with six other locations throughout Florida from Miami to the Panhandle. 

 The indoor amusements offered by the tenant include video arcade games, simulators and prize machines.  The 200,000 square foot Shoppes at Rolling Oaks is part of Kissimmee’s new Margaritaville vacation resort.          

 Landlord, MV Rolling Oaks Retail, LLC, was represented in the transaction by Julia Sosa of Landqwest.

The Dow Hotel Company Names Jackie Lee Vice-President of Hotel Investments

 SEATTLE, WA,  Aug. 8, 2018—Officials of The Dow Hotel Company (DHC), a leading national hotel owner/investor and operator, today named Jackie Lee vice-president of hotel investments. 
 In her new role, Lee will be responsible for helping grow DHC’s portfolio of large-size, first-class, full-service hotels through smaller, boutique, independent properties.
“Jackie has a sterling track record as global hospitality leader, having been instrumental in the growth of such respected hospitality entities as Interstate Hotels & Resorts, domestically and abroad,” said Murray L. Dow II, founder and president, DHC.

 “With her unmatchable experience in all aspects of hospitality, from acquisitions to F&B operations, she will be a key component in our plans to further expand our portfolio of first-class, full-service hotels in markets with barriers to new entry and numerous demand generators across the United States.”
Prior to joining DHC, Lee held a number of increasingly important roles with Interstate Hotels & Resorts, culminating with vice-president of hotel investments. 
In that position, she played a strategic role for direct management of the company’s U.S. hotel portfolio.  While there, she also served as vice-president of strategic growth and corporate communications director/special assistant to the board for the company’s Shanghai division. 
 Lee also has worked for Aramark and United Nations Catering.  She received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration and her executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
