JLL Helps Jamestown Make Landmark Rooftop Destination a Reality in Atlanta, GA

ATLANTA, GA – On behalf of Slater Hospitality Group, JLL announced  the firm has completed a 31,574-square-foot lease on the rooftop of Atlanta’s Ponce City Market.

Slater Hospitality Group has plans to create a unique space, the Roof at Ponce City Market, which will incorporate a beer garden, called Nine Mile Station, and Skyline Park, an entertainment destination offering games and attractions reminiscent of Coney Island.

Senior Vice President Sarah Williams and Senior Associate Logan Elder led the JLL team on this lease.

“Ponce City Market continues to add innovative experiences that make it a destination unlike anything else in Atlanta,” said Williams. “Nine Mile Station and Skyline Park will be a fantastic complement to  the property’s already lively atmosphere.”

Ponce City Market has emerged as a leading intown destination for shopping, dining and entertainment. Slater Hospitality envisions the creation of a one-of-a-kind concept.

In addition to beer, Nine Mile Station’s menu will focus on sharing plates encouraging guests to sample several different culinary offerings and spirits in an indoor/outdoor setting that offers unobstructed views of the Atlanta skyline.

At Skyline Park, guests can enjoy miniature golf, play boardwalk-style games, and experience amusement rides, including a Heege tower and a slide built into the Ponce City Market sign. 

Elevated concessions food will be available, including snow cones and homemade drinks, offered with or without alcohol, gourmet hot dogs, popcorn, and more.

$4.8 million sale of 30-unit apartment building in Miami beach, fl arranged by marcus & millichap

MIAMI BEACH, FL, April 18, 2016 – Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate investment services firm with offices throughout the United States and Canada, today announced the sale of Ardmore Apartments, a 30-unit apartment property located in Miami Beach, according to Ryan Nee, regional manager of the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. The asset sold for $4,800,000 equating to $160,000 per unit.

Built in 1953 on a 0.38 acre lot, Ardmore Apartments is comprised of 18 studios and 12 one-bedroom/one-bathroom units.  The units feature large shared overhang porches that overlook the property’s garden and courtyard.

Ardmore Apartments is located two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean and a few blocks south of 71st Street, which is a main east/west corridor that runs from the beach to Hialeah. The property is located at 6755 Harding Avenue.

GLT Group Brokerage Arranged the Sale of Radisson Jacksonville Butler Boulevard in Jacksonville, FL for $6.5M

MIAMI BEACH, FL — Radisson Jacksonville Butler Boulevard on Salisbury Road was sold for $6.5M. The price equates to $38,922 per room.

 Miami Beach based GLT Group Brokerage represented the buyer, an out of state private individual. Built in 1989, the hotel is a 6-story, 167 room fully service hotel located on Salisbury Road, in proximity to Southpoint Corporate Park, Chamberlain College of Nursing and ITT Technical Institute Jacksonville Campus.

 The buyer is planning significant renovation plan to reposition the hotel.
