Blackton Awarded Contract to Supply Materials for Maronda’s Hammock Reserve Community Underway in Haines City, FL

Haines City, FL  --- Blackton Inc., the Orlando-based firm that ranks as one of the largest suppliers of materials to homebuilders in Florida, will provide flooring materials for Hammock Reserve,  Maronda Homes’ latest new construction community in fast-growing Polk County. 

 

Michael “Micky” Blackton, CEO, said his firm will provide a variety of flooring in the construction of new single-family at the Polk County community located on Maddie Drive off of Old Haines City Lake Alfred Road.

 



New homes there range from 1,492 to more than 3,000 square feet, priced from $300,000.    Work is underway in the first phase with 19 homesites.

ORLANDO, FL --- John Crossman, president of CrossMarc Services in Winter Park will be on a panel of commercial real estate experts at the Central Florida Chapter of the CCIM Institute’s 2024 Mid-Year Market Update Wednesday May 22 at Harry P. Leu Gardens in Orlando.

The event, which begins with 8 a.m. check-in and breakfast in the Camellia Room at Leu Gardens 1920 N. Forest Ave., runs until 10:30 a.m. and will be moderated by Chris Cucci of Climate First Bank.
