HFF announces $8.9 million refinancing of Hahns Peak Two at Centerra in Loveland, CO

DENVER, CO –– Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. (HFF) announces the $8.9 million refinancing of Hahns Peak Two, a 54,025-square-foot office building at Centerra, a 3,000-acre master-planned community in Loveland, Colorado, developed by McWHINNEY.

The HFF team worked on behalf of the borrower, McWHINNEY, to secure the 10-year, 4.54 percent, fixed-rate loan through a regional bank.   

Hahns Peak Two, located at 1880 Fall River Drive, is a two-story office building centrally positioned in Centerra that was added as the second phase of a two-building office development, immediately adjacent to Hahns Peak One. 

 The property was completed in June 2016 and is currently leased to three office tenants: Pinnacle Agriculture Distribution, Inc.; Olsson Associates, Inc. and Liebert Corporation. 

Hahns Peak office campus is within walking distance to The Marketplace at Centerra, a 500,000-square-foot retail power center.

This Loveland location has direct access to Interstate 25 and Highway 34, is approximately 55 miles north of Denver, and is directly south of the Fort Collins/Loveland Airport and Colorado State University, one of the leading agricultural schools in the country.

Arbor Funds $17 Million Bridge Loan in Greensboro, NC

UNIONDALE, NY -– Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a real estate investment trust and national direct lender specializing in loan origination and servicing for multifamily, seniors housing, healthcare, and other diverse commercial real estate assets, recently funded a bridge loan in Greensboro, NC.

The 336-unit multifamily property received $17M in bridge funding. The deal provides a 36-month term along with two 12-month extension options.

The property exists on 25 acres of land and includes its own private lake. Additional features include a clubhouse, storage rooms, two pools and laundry facilities. Units are equipped with HVAC systems, modern kitchen appliances and washer/dryer hookups.

Arbor Funds $43.2 Million Fannie Mae DUS® Loan in Orem, UT

UNIONDALE, NY – Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE:ABR), a real estate investment trust and national direct lender specializing in loan origination and servicing for multifamily, seniors housing, healthcare, and other diverse commercial real estate assets, recently funded a Fannie Mae DUS® loan in Orem, UT.

Wolverine Crossing, a 258-unit dedicated student housing property, received $43.2M in funding through the Fannie Mae DUS loan program. The deal comes with a 12-year term and a seven-year interest only period.
