A trust in the name of Willis J. and Reba J. Johnson purchased Il Santuario. Willis Johnson is the billionaire founder of Copart, a California-based company that auctions damaged automobiles.
Telling closed the sale on Feb. 26.

Il Santuario presented a prime opportunity for the individual who wants a completely renovated oceanfront estate with the privacy and security of one of Florida’s most exclusive country club communities,” said Telling. “We are thrilled with the outcome of our marketing campaign to showcase this unparalleled property.”
