of The Keyes Family of Companies, completed the $15 million sale of Il Santuario, the largest and most
luxurious home in Sailfish Point.
The 17,000-square-foot, two-story mansion
sits on 2 exquisite acres and has 280 feet of direct ocean frontage with
captivating sunrise and sunset exposures.

The
seller is a leading Florida homebuilder whose current project is Bonnette Hunt
Club, an exclusive community of just 24 homes in nearby Palm Beach Gardens.
Telling and Illustrated are also exclusively marketing the Bonnette project.
A
trust in the name of Willis J. and Reba J. Johnson purchased Il Santuario. Willis Johnson is the
billionaire founder of Copart, a California-based company that auctions damaged
automobiles.
Telling
closed the sale on Feb. 26.
