Berger Commercial Realty Closes Two Lease Transactions Totaling More Than 25,000 SF of Industrial and Flex Space in Broward County, FL

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL - Berger Commercial Realty brokers Roxanna Collins, Keith Graves, CCIM and Greg Milopoulos recently closed lease transactions totaling 25,182 square-feet of industrial and flex space in Broward County.

Graves and Milopoulos represented C&C International Computers & Consultants, Inc. in leasing 9,700 square-feet of industrial space from KSC Studio, LLC at 3700 N. 29th Ave. in Hollywood.

Located directly off I-95 in the southeast Broward industrial submarket, the 63,557-square-foot building offers 22 feet of clear-ceiling height, three-phase power, dock-high and street-level loading, rear loading bays, ample parking and dedicated truck courtyards.

Collins represented Mancini & Sons Florida, Inc. in leasing 15,482 square-feet of flex space to Be Power Tech, Inc. at 1500 S. Powerline Road in Pompano Beach. Located on the east side of Powerline Road just south of Copans Road, the property is within minutes of I-95 and Florida's Turnpike.

The property is part of a portfolio consisting of 220,667 square-feet in Broward County that is managed and leased exclusively by Berger Commercial Realty.
