POMPANO BEACH, FL – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate
Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm,
has announced the sale of Powerline Industrial, a 78,936-square foot
showroom/warehouse facility located in Pompano Beach, FL. The asset commanded a
sales price of $3,250,000.

Zeifman in the firm’s Miami office had the exclusive listing to market the
property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company from Miami,
FL.

The buyer, a limited liability company from Hallandale, FL,
was secured and represented by Mandel and Zeifman.
Powerline Industrial is a class-B showroom/warehouse
facility designed to accommodate retail/showroom tenants in the front of the
property and warehouse/industrial tenants in the rear.
The property is configured with 14 suites, eight of which
are retail/showroom suites and six are warehouse units. The ground-level space
consists of 63,127 square feet and the second-level mezzanine and office space
account for 15,809 square feet.
