Williamson Road in the Orlando suburb of Longwood, FL.According to company president Matt Harkins, the project will feature four 3,500-square-foot buildings including a new headquarters building for Blackadar Insurance Agency, Inc. which is currently located at 988 County Road 427 North in Longwood.
Designed by The Architecture Company, Longwood, the first building is scheduled for completion in September 2008. Harkins added that the other three buildings will be offered for sale.
