Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors Completes a 89,644-SF Lease

ORLANDO, FL.-- Principals Tom Mcfadden SIOR and William “Bo” Bradford CCIM, SIOR of Southern Commercial Real Estate Advisors completed an 89,644 square-foot new lease at 7312 Kingspointe Parkway (Crownpointe IV)(top right photo) in Orlando, Florida.

McFadden represented the landlord, TR Crownpointe Corp. The tenant, Orlando Regional Healthcare System was represented by Bradford. As a result of this lease, the Crownpointe IV building is 100% occupied.
