Central Florida chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties to host 11th Annual Rumble

ORLANDO, FL – The Central Florida chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) will host its 11th Annual “Rumble Food & Wine Festival” on October 23 at the Winter Park Farmer’s Market, 201 W. New England Avenue, Winter Park, FL, from 6:00-9:00 p.m.

The event will benefit the Jim Heistand (top right photo)-−NAIOP Endowed Eminent Scholar Chair at UCF’s new Dr. P. Phillips School of Real Estate spearheaded by NAIOP Central Florida chapter.

The popular event will include a silent auction, food, wine and entertainment, as well as a unique opportunity to network with the area’s leading commercial real estate professionals. Cost is $50 for members, $65 for non-members and $25 for students through October 13. After October 13, the cost is $60 for members, $75 for non-members and $35 for students.

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties is the nation’s leading trade association dedicated to representing the interests of developers, owners, investors and other professionals in industrial, office and mixed-use commercial real estate.

Founded in 1967, NAIOP has over 16,500 members in 54 North American chapters and provides networking and business opportunities, educational programs, research on the latest innovations and strong legislative representation.
