ORLANDO, FL--Grubb & EllisCommercial Florida, associated with 200 Grubb & Ellis offices worldwide, has negotiated the sale of a 25,300 square foot warehouse-distribution facility at 4351 35th St. in Orlando.Richard T. Davis, Jr.,(top right photo) vice president in the firm’s Industrial Services Group and Nick Sands, (bottom left photo) associate, negotiated the sale on behalf of the seller, PDMG Holdings, LLC.
The buyer, Altier Properties, LLC paid $2,175,000 for the property and was represented in the transaction by Wilson McDowell of Colliers Arnold.
