Behringer Harvard purchased the property for an undisclosed amount.Completed in 2000, One BriarLake Plaza is a 502,410-square-foot, 20-story tower with an attached 2,068-space structured parking garage.
The 94% leased property is located on a 9.4-acre site along the West Sam Houston Parkway in Houston’s Westchase submarket.
