William Kaler, Company Assistant Vice President, financed the loan through Aviva Capital Management, one of Thomas D. Wood and Company’s correspondent life insurance companies, at a permanent fixed-rate of 6.44%.
The loan term is 10 years, based on a 25-year amortization, and a loan-to-value of 70%. The 118,000 square-foot multi-tenant industrial building was built in 1970 and is located at 7650 NW 69th Avenue, Miami, Florida.
