ORLANDO, FL--CB Richard Ellis is pleased to announce the recent sale of the Studio Concord apartments in downtown Orlando. The property is in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, and consists of 26 600-SF efficiencies that were built in 1974.
