Marcus & Millichap Sells 156-UNIT/ 492-Bed Student Housing Property in Oxford, MS

 OXFORD, MS, May 14, 2010 – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of Sterling University Terrace (top left photo), a 156-unit/492-bed student housing property serving the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS. according to Bryn D. Merrey, Regional Manager of the firm’s Tampa office.
