Marcus & Millichap Sells 28,000-SF Seniors Housing Building in Port Orange, FL


PORT ORANGE, FL, Au – Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of Golden Abbey Assisted Living Facility (top left photo), a 28,000-square foot seniors housing property located in Port Orange, FL, according to Bryn Merrey, Regional Manager of the firm’s Tampa office.

 The asset commanded a sales price of $1,200,000.

Krone Weidler, Senior Associate and Seniors Housing specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Tampa office had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company, whose corporate office is located in Denver, Colorado. Ms.

Weidler also represented the buyer, a seniors housing developer and limited liability company based out of Winter Haven, Fla.

Golden Abbey Assisted Living Facility is located at 1321 Herbert Street. This assisted living community sits on 3.02 acres (mol) and consists of a 16-unit memory care building and a 41-unit/52-bed building scheduled for completion the end of the year.
