Fair specializes in the industrial commercial real estate market along the I-880 corridor in the East Bay.
Most recently, Fair was an industrial agent with Townsend Commercial Real Estate in San Francisco, CA where he completed recent transactions for Excel Moving Services, Galant Foods and New Age Pet.

Fair has a strong history in sales. Prior to Townsend Commercial Real Estate, Fair was a residential real estate broker with Century 21 in Tahoe, CA. Upon graduating from UC Santa Barbara, Fair was a sales representative for Paychex, the top provider of outsourced payroll and human resource functions for small- to mid-sized companies.
Fair was raised in South Lake Tahoe where he was a two-time Far West USSA Junior Olympic skier, representing Heavenly Ski Foundation.
