Over 900 Southern California Real Estate Professionals, Property Managers and Vendors Expected for Free 11th Annual Trade Show and Education Conference



Riverside, CA, Sept, 4, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Apartment Association of Greater Inland Empire, (AAGIE), a 44 year old advocacy group for an ethical and strong rental housing industry, is preparing for its 11th Annual Tradeshow: “Blaze the Trail to Success.”

The event will be held Friday, September 23rd, 2011 at the Riverside Convention Center from 10am to 4pm.

It is one of the largest tradeshows in Southern California for the rental housing industry, with over 900 guests expected to attend this year. Guests will have the opportunity to visit exhibits from over 100 vendors offering services from landscaping, roofing, painting and construction, to lending, security, insurance and tenant screening, among many more. There is no cost to attend.

“Blaze the Trail to Success” Trade Show will also feature an extensive, free educational conference offering thirteen diverse classes in Maintenance and Management.

Factory-direct representatives from Goodman, Glidden, GE and Whirlpool will conduct all Maintenance classes, with topics including Heating and A/C Troubleshooting, In House Paint, Prep and Wall Repair, and Factory Training Appliance Repair.

 Management Classes will be taught by attorneys and representatives from Marcus and Milichap, American Technologies and Appfolio, and will cover topics such as Emergency Preparedness, Market Update and Social Media, to name a few.
