FORT LAUDERDALE, FL (April 23, 2012) – Berger Commercial Realty Corp., a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale and serving clients around the state, announced it is currently overseeing the construction of the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles’ new 12,500-square-foot facility in Lauderdale Lakes. When completed, the facility, located 3718 W. Oakland Park Blvd., will house the Division of Drivers License, Broward County Clerk of Court and Bureau of Administrative Reviews.

The project is slated to be completed in April 2012.
