SEATTLE, WA and NEW YORK, NY, May 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Colliers International announced today that Joseph Harbert (top right photo), a highly recognized leader in the New York real estate market for more than 30 years, has joined Colliers International as the President of its Eastern Region. Harbert will report directly to Dylan Taylor (middle left photo), CEO of the U.S. operations of Colliers International.
