FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. (June 25, 2012) – Berger Commercial Realty, a full service commercial real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale and serving clients around the state, announced a new deal from Senior Vice President Steve Hyatt (top right photo). Hyatt represented Indigo Land Riverside Landings, LLC in the sale of 2.5 acres of vacant residential land, located at 1200—1215 S.W. 5th Court in Fort Lauderdale, for $1.1 million to Lavish Holding Corp, represented by Tom Evental of Domain Real Estate Services. The site plan is approved for eight single family homes and six duplexes.
