Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 15,000 square feet of
warehouse space at 7322 Exchange Drive in the Exchange Distribution Center in
southwest Orlando.

Laurel N.J. brokered the transaction representing the tenant, Empire Today LLC,
a carpet and flooring firm headquartered in Northlake, Ill.
