Point Business Park in the amount of $5,000,000 through Thomas D. Wood and
Company's correspondent relationship with Symetra Financial. The non-recourse
loan has a term of 8 years with a 25 year amortization, based on an interest
rate of 5.125% and a loan-to-value of 47%. The borrower was looking for
long-term fixed rate financing on a non-recourse basis. The 134,081 square-foot flex office
warehouse building was built in 1985 and can be found at 6200-6360 Hazeltine
National Drive, Orlando, Florida 32822.

square-foot mixed use retail and office building was built in 1983 and was

Properties in the amount of $5,500,000 through Thomas D. Wood and Company's
correspondent relationship with Advantus Capital Management LLC. The fixed rate
loan has a term of 10 years with a 25 year amortization, based on an interest
rate of 5% and a loan-to-value of 65%. The borrower was looking for long-term
fixed rate financing while the interest rates were low. The 198,000 square-foot industrial buildings

Smith also secured financing for Hendersonville Walgreens

loan-to-value of 72%. The borrower wanted to pull out cash equity on a fixed
