ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the sale of
a former Dairy Queen building in The Villages at 3391 Wedgewood Lane for $1.2
million.
NAI Realvest
principals Kevin O'Connor and Matt Cichocki negotiated the
transaction on behalf of the Scottsdale, Arizona-based seller, GE Capital
Franchise Finance.
