HOUSTON, TX /PRNewswire/ -- Sterling University Housing, the
student housing division of The Dinerstein Companies, announced that an
institutional pension fund advisor has purchased Sterling North Campus,
their 206-unit, 734-bed student housing community in Tampa, Florida.
Sterling North Campus was 95% occupied at closing. CB
Richard Ellis' National Student Housing Group represented the parties in the transaction
and the property was purchased for an undisclosed amount.
