TAMPA, FL -- CLW Senior Housing is pleased to have
represented Montclair Limited Partnership in the sale of The Montclair,
an Independent Living community located in Springfield, Missouri. As of
closing, occupancy
at the community was above 90%.
The property was purchased by an affiliate of Capital
Senior Living Corporation for $22 million.
