 NEW YORK, NY, Mar. 21, 2013--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE: NLY) declared the first quarter 2013 common stock cash dividend of $0.45 per common share. This dividend is payable April 29, 2013, to common shareholders of record on April 1, 2013.
