NAI Realvest Negotiates Retail Lease Agreement with Dollar Tree at Market Square in Casselberry; Boosts occupancy to 100 Percent

MAITLAND, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 13,436 square feet of retail space at Market Square Shopping Center, 1442 SR 436 at the intersection of Howell Branch Rd. in Casselberry.

NAI Realvest Associate Mitch Heidrich assisted by Principals Kevin O’Connor and Matt Cichocki negotiated the transaction representing the landlord, Herbert Kunstadt of New York.

The new tenant Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. of Chesapeake, Va. leased Unit C, the space in between Harbor Freight Tools and Big Lots at Market Square Shopping Center, and is scheduled to open by the end of July.

The new lease boosts Market Square Shopping Center occupancy to 100 percent.
