MAITLAND, FL--- NAI Realvest recently negotiated two lease
agreements for office space in Maitland and Altamonte Springs that totals 3,404
square feet.
Tom R. Kelley II,
CCIM, a principal at NAI Realvest and senior broker associate Mary Frances
West, CCIM, represented landlord Alliance Lucien Way, Inc. of Warrington Pa. in
an expansion lease to Maitland Financial Group LLC, a tenant in 885 square feet
at 2200 Lucien Way. Maitland Financial
expanded and added an additional 875 square feet, and now occupies 1,760 square
feet.

Chris Adams at NAI Realvest represented Longboat Key, Fla.-based Alleve
INV, Inc., in a new lease agreement with a Dayton, Ohio-based mechanical
construction firm – Adams Robinson Enterprises, Inc. – for 1,644 square feet of
office space at 234 N. Westmonte Drive in Altamonte Springs,
Each tenant at these
locations represented themselves in the negotiations with no additional brokers
involved.
