New Smyrna Beach, Fla. -- NAI Realvest, based in Maitland,
recently negotiated the sale of 17 acres of residential development land
located on the south side of Turnbull Bay in New Smyrna Beach.

investment associate at NAI Realvest, brokered the transaction representing the
seller, CharterBank of Carrollton, Ga.
The buyer, IPM Real
Estate based in Lakewood N.J. paid $130,000 for the vacant land which is a
project called The Golf Village at Turnbull Bay planned for 87
single-family homesites.
