MAITLAND, Fla.  – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a lease agreement for Unit 100-I at Airport Industrial Center in Southeast Orlando.

 NAI Realvest Associate Jeff Clark and Principal Michael Heidrich Sr. represented Boston-based BIEL, REO, LLC, the landlord of the facility located at 7480 Narcoossee Rd. 

 The new local tenant, Generation H, LLC d/b/a Hummus House Pitas and Salads, was represented in the transaction by Karen Rogers Licensed Real Estate Broker.
