ORLANDO, FL – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease
agreement for a 3,682 free-standing retail building at 2705 North Atlantic Ave.
at the intersection of Plaza Blvd. in Daytona Beach.
The NAI Realvest
team of Jeffrey Tanner and Kimberly Manson negotiated the
transaction representing the landlord, EYM Realty of Florida LLC based in
Dallas. Lake View Wireless, LLC is
the new tenant.
