estate firm Berger Commercial Realty announced it has added three new employees
to its staff.

Roxana Collins
Roxana Collins joins the firm as a broker associate. Her
responsibilities include the leasing and sales of office, retail and investment
properties in the Southeast. She is a member of the International Council of
Shopping Centers, the Florida Real Estate Board, the National Association of
Professional Women and the Building Owners and Managers Association, which has
certified her as a real property administrator.

Diana Mancipe
Diana Mancipe joins Berger Commercial Realty as a property
manager. She will be managing the day-to-day operations of 1.7 million
square-feet of warehouse space at 12 properties throughout Miami-Dade County.
The properties are part of a 4.7 million square-foot industrial portfolio owned
by Pennsylvania-based Seagis Property Group and managed by Berger Commercial
Realty.
