Main St. (Hwy 441) in Apopka for $890,000.
The NAI Realvest
team of Jeffrey Tanner and Kimberly Manson negotiated the sale
and purchase on behalf of the Eustis, Fl-based seller, MAG Investments, LLC and
Dallas, TX-based buyer, EYM Realty of Florida, LLC.
The property will be converted into a brand new Denny’s
Restaurant over the next 60 days.
