ATLANTA, GA, Dec. 30, 2014 -- Cousins Properties
Incorporated (NYSE: CUZ) announced today that it has completed the sale of 777
Main, its 980,000 square foot, Class A office tower in downtown Fort Worth,
Texas, for a gross price of $167 million.
Cousins purchased 777 Main for $160 million in September
2013 as part of its Crescent Texas acquisition, which included the 4,348,000
million square foot Greenway Plaza office complex in Houston, Texas.
