Roswell, Ga. – Crossman & Company arranged the $8.63
million sale of Market Center in
Roswell Ga. on Tuesday, March 31 to an investment fund.
The 82,225-square-foot shopping center was built in 1990 and
is located on Holcomb Bridge Road in Roswell, Ga. It is anchored by Office
Depot and was 56 percent occupied at the time of the sale.
Crossman & Company Director of Investment Sales Brian Carolan and Senior Vice President
John Zielinski, CCIM represented the
institutional seller.
“This transaction reflects the market’s continued appetite
for value-add retail centers in areas with strong demographics,” Zielinski
said.
