office, represented the seller, a limited liability company from West Palm
Beach, Fla, and the buyer, a private investor from Boynton Beach, Fla.

Built in 2004, the property is
comprised of four separate buildings situated on 3.4 acres of land.

portfolio of tenants include: medical offices, financial service firms, and the
