ORLANDO, FL – NAI Realvest recently negotiated a new lease agreement for 10,500 square feet of warehouse /distribution space at 400 Central Park Drive in the Central Florida Industrial Park in Sanford off of SR 46. 

NAI Realvest Partner Paul P. Partyka and Associate Juan Jimenez negotiated the transaction representing the tenant Sanford-based Florida Business Interiors, Inc. a full service provider of office interior furnishings and solutions with offices in Lake Mary. 

The landlord Taylor Distributing of Lake Monroe, Fla. was represented by David Hammett of CBRE Advisors LLC.
