The stand alone retail
building built in 1970 as a Mr. Donut, comprises 1,492 useable square feet on
.35 acres with 105 feet of frontage on the north side of West Colonial Drive
just east of its intersection with Kirkman Rd.
“Small, well-located, affordable
commercial properties facing high traffic counts are relatively unusual and
quite sought-after,” Forster said. The
property’s Argentinian buyer plans to refurbish the property and lease it out.
Hold-Thyssen provides
commercial property and leasing and management services to institutional and
private investor clients nationwide. The
40-year old firm’s current portfolio includes more that 100 commercial
properties throughout the United States.
