that it has completed the renovations of the 282-room DoubleTree by Hilton
Dallas-DFW Airport North, the 84-room/suite Fairfield Inn & Suites Dulles
Airport Chantilly and the 132-suite Homewood Suites by Hilton
Oakland-Waterfront.
“Including the recently
announced multi-million refurbishment of the 353-room Sheraton Raleigh Hotel in
North Carolina, we already have overseen and completed the renovation of four
hotels in the first two months of the year, totaling more than $14 million,”

currently on firmer ground, businesses have decided to begin spending on such
things as travel and meetings again, a boon to the hotel industry.
