FORT LAUDERDALE, FL –
Brokers John Forman and Keith Graves of Berger Commercial
Realty/CORFAC International facilitated two leases totaling 22,920 square-feet
of industrial space at Enterprise Commerce Center. The property is located at
1500 S. Powerline Road in Deerfield Beach.
Representing Mancini &
Sons Florida LLC, the brokers leased 15,482 square-feet of space to Wayne
Automatic Fire Sprinkler, Inc. and 7,438 square-feet of space to Moving Dudes,
LLC. With the transactions, the brokers have brought the property to 100
percent occupancy.

consists of 30,586 square-feet of office, warehouse and showroom space and
offers ample parking, grade-level and dock-high overhead doors, frontage on
