Georgia lease in Midtown Atlanta.
A nine-screen, 426-seat luxury iPic® theater,
along with a 6,700-square-foot destination bar/restaurant is planned for a 2020
opening in North American Properties’ reimagined mixed-use destination, Colony
Square.

in the heart of Midtown Atlanta, Colony Square is undergoing a major
redevelopment that transforms the mixed-use pioneer, originally built in 1968,
into an icon of another kind: A foodie haven, shopping destination and

city squares, is alive with street-level energy and vibrant, urban experiences.
iPic® will
be the entertainment anchor of this unique project and deliver a superior

Upon completion, the
reimagined Colony Square will comprise approximately 260,000 square feet of
retail space, 262 luxury residences, 940,000 square feet of office space and a
466-room hotel.
