Agraz is a veteran development executive in the
architecture, engineering and planning industry with vertical market expertise
that spans multi-family residential; mixed-use; commercial office; corporate
real estate; hospitality; transportation; science and technology; and higher
education.
Agraz has previously held positions of increasing responsibility with
international practices such as Woods Bagot and Gensler and with other national
practices such as Flad Architects and HNTB.
Agraz is a long-standing member of
the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he currently sits on the Public Private
Partnership national product council. He is active in several urban planning
and real estate related organizations including the San Francisco Bay Area
Planning & Research Association, the Bay Area Council where he participates
on the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Development Committee, and the corporate
real estate organization CoreNet. Agraz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration from Skidmore College.
