negotiated an office lease agreement at 7204 Massachusetts Ave. in New Port
Richey.
Leasing Associate Carol L. Kinnard negotiated the
transaction on behalf of the owners/landlords, John H. and Christina
Pimenidis / Kostas A. and Pauline Magganas.
New tenants Douglas J. Amidon, PA and Christine Amidon, CPA relocated their joint offices from Little Road due to expansion needs, now occupying the 1,120 square foot end-cap suite in the Massachusetts Center.
The new offices provide greater visibility for Attorney Amidon who
specializes in trusts, bankruptcy, probate, family and general practice. Christine
Amidon specializes in tax preparation and financial planning.
