 CHARLOTTE, N.C. ––RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL, a leading multifamily property management company, is continuing to expand its portfolio in the company’s home base of Charlotte, N.C. In the latest example, RKW has been hired to oversee the luxury Eastover Ridge Apartments.

The gated 424-unit community is located at 3600 Eastover Ridge Drive in the historic Eastover neighborhood just minutes away from Uptown Charlotte. RKW assumed management of Eastover Ridge on June 1.
