FL -- Plaza Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of the Vine Street
Square shopping center in Kissimmee, Florida.
The
114,071 sf plaza is anchored by a Walmart Neighborhood Market, Office Max, and
Dollar Tree. Other significant tenants include: Humana, CAC FL Medical Centers,
Mattress One, Cosmo Prof, Domino’s Pizza, H&R Block and MetroPCS.
The asset
was 99% occupied at the time of sale.
The
seller was Cincinnati based Phillips Edison & Company. An undisclosed
private equity group was the purchaser.

involved in the transaction.
