Charlotte, N.C. (Sept. 6, 2018) — RIVERGATE KW RESIDENTIAL, a leading multifamily
property management company, has secured a new management assignment near the
Northlake Mall in Charlotte.
The addition of the 473-unit Ashton
Reserve at Northlake expands the company’s existing relationship with
community owner Bluerock Real Estate.
RKW also manages five other Bluerock assets in
the Carolinas and Florida including Arlo, which is a lease-up near Uptown
Charlotte.

property management companies in the area for the first time in the company’s
four-year history.
