74,200 SF Glenview Three-Building Medical Complex in Glenview, IL Sold by Bull Realty

Glenview, IL — Prairie Glen Medical Office Center in Glenview is centrally located to large Chicago-based hospitals and healthcare systems and is known to attract sizeable private practices and health system tenants.

The 74,200 SF, three-building complex has been sold as of January 25, 2019 for $21,100,000.

The seller was Titan Development, and the brokers were Paul Zeman, President of Healthcare Real Estate Services at Bull Realty, and Illinois broker Dimitri Development, LLC.
